PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM HIP PROBLEMS CAN TRY THIS: DAILY LIFT SOME 20 TO 40KGS OF WEIGHTLIFTING, THIS IS A KIND OF PHYSIOTHERAPHY WHICH WILL CORRECT YOUR FITNESS IN THE HIP BY BRINGING ALL NERVES INTO POSITION, MUSCLES, BONES ETC. THIS IS A SMALL EXERCISE ANY BODY CAN DO THIS AND CORRECT ANY DEFORMITY AND EVEN MEDICAL WORLD SUGGEST A KIND OF TRACTION FOR DEFORMITY IN THE HIP AND I ADVICE THIS IS A BEST METHOD FOR CORRECTING ANY DEFORMITY. I TRIED AND GOT ALRIGHT AND I CAN PROVE THIS. BUT BETTER CONSULT A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER OR PHYSIOTHERAPIST IF YOU HAVE ANY SERIOUS PROBLEM. ALSO PLS DO SOME EXERCISES LIKE PUSH UPS AND SIT UPS (DAILY REGULARLY FOR 10 TIMES A DAY) WHICH WILL KEEP THE BODY FIT FOR ANY ENVIRONMENT. THANKS P.H.D.
