the nausea and vomiting has been going on for well over a month now, I've

lost track. Before it was just when the headache was really bad. Now they

have me on diamox and i haven't worked up to my full dose yet, but with what

I'm on it helps for 2-3 hours but it doesn't help with the nausea or

vomiting. They've had me on Zofran which helped at first but that doesn't

do any good either, neither does phenergan. That's why I'm so concerned it

could be brain stem compression, but i know it could be due to high icp

also. I feel like I'm ona roller coaster that missed my stop and i can't

get off.

it's been checked for. At my last LP my pressure was at 200 which is fairly

high. The time before that it was 120. I had spinal leaks both times

resulting in high pressure headaches and had to return for blood patches.

These headaches are different than the low pressure headaches in that with a

low pressure headache when you lay flat it will usually go away. Nausea and

vomiting is also a sign of high pressure headaches, but it's also one of the

red flag signs of brainstem compression.

It's hard when it's a symptom of so many different things and you're so

screwed up you don't know which thing it is with you.
