Alan,

I never thought for a moment that you would be trying to quantify

all hip problems. I was just trying to create a way to crack a corny

joke. But now I am genuinely concerned. If my left leg is now

longer, I will be leaning more to the right. Does that mean I have

to sell my old Volvo wagon and buy a big ass Expedition with a DVD

player in it?

Actually, that wouldn't solve your problem. You'll have to buy a

Hummer.

With mudflaps.
