Hello to everyone! I've been out of touch since my computer died

but now have a new one instead of " new to me " that I've always had!

Trying to catch up on posts since I've been so out of touch.

Since I was last on I saw my GP about the physiatrist I'd been

seeing. It was time to get another referral for more visits.

He said that if I wasn't helped by that dr then it was time to send

me to a pain management group! HOORAY! I love my family dr.

So let's hope this one is of some help! Before they scheduled my

appointment they requested records from the physiatrist and my GP.

And the orthopedist I saw last fall.

Next time I hurt something I am going to the dr right away. If I'd

known at the time that I could tear a muscle over my shoulder blade

by merely pulling on a shirt, I wouldn't have waited a year to get

it checked!
