Hi ,

AT EDNF I recently posted the two different doctors and one

nutritionalist.

Drink in ounces half your body weight in pounds. So 200 lbs becomes

100 ounces, 150 pounds becomes 100 ounces.

That would make the usual 8- 8ounce glasses - which is 64 ounces -

just right for someone weighing 128 pound.

To me it makes sense that the more you weigh the more water you need

to drink. I learned in school that 1 pound requires 1 mile of blood

vessels to maintain - that's probably worth the extra 8 ounces.

There is a book that has been highly recommended to me called 'Your

Bodies Many Cries for Water " but I haven't gotten around to reading

it yet.

(you really must get off her tea binge and back to water)
