Liza,

Thank you!!! I know I said that I recently lost 80 pounds, but honestly it

took me over a year. However, if anyone had said, oh in just over a year

you can do it, I would have thought they were crazy. I truly never thought

it was possible.

As for the last 20 pounds, well, that can be a stubborn thing to lose. I

know many people who struggle with the last bit of weight. Sometimes

changing what you eat, especially if you seem to eat the same thing for many

of your meals. Trying new foods can sometimes do it, as it changes what

your body expects and if possible adding a bit of exercise, but I do know

that it is not always possible to do that.

If you want to write me privately, let me know.

Beth

That would be very interesting, Beth. I so admire anyone that loses

weight, as I never had a weight problem in my life until I turned 50

or so, and all of a sudden, I gained 15-20 extra pounds! I've lost

around 10, but it's horrible. I have no will power! LOL! My

biggest downfall is ice cream, which I live for I think.
