Guest guest
Wow - That darn infection has been really holding on to you a long time- I remember I had it about the same time you did- and it was miserable- miserable- I have finally rid myself of that part with the driixoral I guess- but my poor mother is still having effects from the darn thing herself too- I'm sure having to be on oxygen though now- is why she was so resistant in letting the infection go- She endures many ear infections too- all her life, she's had ear operations and even an eardrum replacement. I myself have only experienced ONE full fledged earache at age 26- that ruptured- and I will never forget that pain- OMG- its like having a baby in the ear canal...... I'd rather be in labor for triplets for 3 days ...... I get to the point that it will feel like one might come on again since but quickly take some sinus draining medications and slap some eardrops in and so far have prevented going through another ordeal of an earache rupture..... I am glad you had time away and can't blame you for wanting to go back...... lol- I've recently been thinking just how long 2 and 1/2 years of no driving, no getting out has been- I don't know what I'd do without all of you- this is my only way out. For now- That will change- because I will find something enough to help with the pain- and perhaps get a way to even drive- eventually! I'll never give up- even if I just have to feel well enough to ride with someone else driving....... getting in and out of a vehicle is just pure torture for me- and yeahhhhhhhh I get to do it for a hearing for my x to pick at me LOL the fool. You would think this would all look so goofy in the courts eyes picking on a sick woman in a wheelchair for money- sick - so sick....... yet Tuscola County just does not see it as wrong-..... rolling eyes! I hope you are able to get rid of that infection totally asap........ You are in my prayers- Love and Hugs - TJ Hi everyone! I was pretty sick for awhile, nothing serious, sinus and ear infections. On antibiotics still. I got fed up with hurting all the time plus being sick on top of it. So Larry and I packed up and went to the beach, Rheoboth Beach, for five days last week. It was Great, I haven't been anywhere except to the OR since the summer of 2001. I want to go back already! It will take me awhile to catch- up, I have 1296 e-mails to go through and read. Love to all! S. To learn more about EDS, visit our website: http://www.ehlersdanlos.ca
Guest guest
TJ, Thanks for writing me back, I do so appreciate it! I still have so much e-mail to catch up on. I hadn't been away since the Summer of 2001. Go for it if you can, even if you hurt. It takes all the crap away for a few days, even though the pain is still there. Very therapeutic! Guest guest
- Your very welcome- I sure would if I could- Mom timed my last get into the vehicle session- because I have to scootch across and sit sideways on back seat if the ride is longer than 15 minutes due to the one leg not bending and then the problem of both being in too much pain in one position long- anyhow it takes 30 minutes just to get in and another 30 to get out- and then Im triple sore for approx a week- sometimes Just doesn't seem worth it, plus I'm at risk of bumping self and bruising - which I normally do- I think I need better batteries LOL or less china made skin! Hugs and talk to you soon- Love- TJ ~ Hi All! > > Wow - > > That darn infection has been really holding on to you a long time- I remember I had it about the > same time you did- and it was miserable- miserable- I have finally rid myself of that part with the driixoral I guess- but > my poor mother is still having effects from the darn thing herself too- I'm sure having to be on oxygen though now- is why > she was so resistant in letting the infection go- > She endures many ear infections too- all her life, she's had ear operations and even an eardrum replacement.
