Guest guest
Pamela, The issue is not one of desire, nor, really allegiance to Dr. Amstutz and JRI. It's economic necessity. The only way I can afford to have the surgery done ... if CIGNA pays nothing... is to take out a loan. I have the offers, but that's a lot of money to borrow...and payback for a long time. Not that I have any question it would be worth it; just that that's a huge amount of personal debt. (And sadly, my coverage is employer-sponsored -- as part of a group coverage plan. If I chose another plan, I'd have to pay entirely out of pocket...and that's about $600 a month.) I'll keep you apprised of developments. It's notes from people like you (and beginning with Peggy ) that make ask myself when I wake some mornings...why not just go to Ghent and get it done? The morning that I have the answer may dawn sooner than I expect. Thanks, Alan > Well I give Alan full marks for patience > Alan, if you can swing I would get on a plane to Belgium just as fast > as Koen can take you.
