The issue is not one of desire, nor, really allegiance to Dr. Amstutz

and JRI. It's economic necessity. The only way I can afford to have

the surgery done ... if CIGNA pays nothing... is to take out a loan.

I have the offers, but that's a lot of money to borrow...and payback

for a long time. Not that I have any question it would be worth it;

just that that's a huge amount of personal debt. (And sadly, my

coverage is employer-sponsored -- as part of a group coverage plan.

If I chose another plan, I'd have to pay entirely out of pocket...and

that's about $600 a month.)

I'll keep you apprised of developments.

It's notes from people like you (and beginning with Peggy )

that make ask myself when I wake some mornings...why not just go to

Ghent and get it done? The morning that I have the answer may dawn

sooner than I expect.
