I can't believe the customer service in some places. And then not responding at all to my second email...grrr. No, no address OR phone number to call. I do quite a bit of e-mail support for my website and I would never speak to a customer in such a manner. Thanks for the suggestions...I tried looking them on in the BBB but could not find a listing for that particular business name. It's " GBS Sales, Inc. " I found numerous listings for various " GBS " or " GB Sales " around the country, but unfortunately I couldn't ascertian the if any of them were the one I was looking for because this cane site does not list what state they are in. Hmmm. I'm going to try e-mailing them again and see if I can get a response...and a little more information.
