There are several of " us " who post here who have had Dr Kennedy as our

surgeon. I hope you hear from Diane, Kathy, Mike, ( . . to name a few) also.

I am just over one year out from my surgery. I teach dance and Pilates and

have just NO PROBLEMS with my body - hip - range - energy - stamina - fear &

confidence:-) It really is amazing. I take nothing for granted. And love the

feeling of normality in my body which was proceeded by 10 years of increasing

pain and lack of range and mpbility. I trust my resurfaced hip to be good

for 20 + 30 years:-)

I hadve no complaints with the Kennedy White Orthopedic Group. Joanie in his

office handled my insurance (United Health) and all was smooth. I found both

Mark (PA) and Maggie (Assitant or Head Nurse) to be knowledgable and

patient. Dr Kennedy is kind also and will take the time to talk to you and

explain

things.

Sarasota Memorial was a smooth " sailing hospital " . I had good care. And

other than PT sessions they said I got that I never did . . . it was all fine.

I choose Dr Kennedy from his excellent reputation and the fact he is close.

I feel his skill speaks for itself and I have confidence that if I need him he

is only one hour away.

I hope other will post and speak about Dr. Wm Kennedy. Jeff Kennedy, his

nephew, also is involved with the C2K trials but Dr Wm was my surgeon.

BTW.. the insurance adjuster who came is from Alabama and works only

disaster relief teams. He told me that they have a seisotologist ( is

that the right word?) who has predicted many earthquakes before. He

said this guy says a big one will be hitting the LA area in

September. I asked him if California had been told us this guy's

report and it was all over the news already. do you live near LA?

Had you heard about it? I sure hope that guy is WRONG this time.
