Guest guest Posted July 21, 2004 Report Share Posted July 21, 2004 We suspect now that my great-grandmother on my moms side had EDS. Back then everything was diagnosed as Arthritis. But apparently she used to fall down a lot and stuff like that. My mom has a terrible problem with her wrists and hands. (Carpeltunnel syndrome {sp?}) But she doesn't have EDS. I have never been given a type although I've diagnosed myself as type 3. I'm confused now though because I have bruising problems and muscle spasms.
