I never knew, or if I did, I didn't remember, that you had any kind of fusion

on your shoulder. We have to add that, to one of the zillion things we have

to talk about at some point in Buffalo.....

Also, don't know if you got my email @ my cousin's wedding. It's 8/1 & I

just got the invitation @ a week ago & it's in L.A.! And it's weired how things

work out. I had delayed my ankle re-fusion, until 7/29 so it would be after

the conference, instead of having it in mid May & now it's official... the

hospital, Beth Isreal North in NYC, has been sold & will be closed by 8/1, never

to re-open as a hospital again. They are probably going to be making them into

mulimuliion dollar condos.. Well, it is accross from the water, a magnificent

park & Gracie Mansion... the Mayor of NYC's residence. I was so depressed,

because now my sugery will be delayed until at least the 3rd week in Sept.,

becau

se I was going to fit the surgery right in between the conference & my 50th

(ouch) birthday, but now I'll have to wait until after my B-Day, because though

I didn't want anything, there isn't one, but now I know 2 parties, right on

my B-Day, (convenient that it's on a Sat., 9/18, huh?) But now it gives me the

ability to go to the wedding if I can swing it.

If anything, it would probably be just me that would go, Mark just can't take

off then. I'd use frequent flier miles if I come. Sure would be nicer if it

was in the middle of the year, but I'd get to see everyone out there, so it

really doesn't matter when it is, but I don't know much about Calif. This is

the extent. I know that North to South..... It's San Fran, L.A., San Diego.

So tell me.... how far are you from L.A. ? The affair is at the,,,, umm I

gotta check, but my guess is that it's a fancy place. I think the Marriot

Downtown L.A, or Hilton or something like that.

I had been thinking I'd probably just fly in & out, but now I'm thinking that

beside the office (& I'm sure would put me rigtht to work!), there are

so many friends I've made over the years that are in the L.A. area, so if I'm

gonna fly 3,000 miles, it may be worth staying for a bit to see everyone,

And, especially too, some of the people that couldn't make it to the conference.

And even though I will have just seen you, I'd have to see you again &

nothing personal, but I'd have to see a " feathered friend " of mine too, that

just

happens to live with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gosh, I have pics of Bobbi Grey

everywhere!

I just don't know how I could be that close without a visit, if you're not

too far away.....

Hi you!

I might have gotten your email but I had a computer bley and had to

erase all of the email for a couple of days then I have had a fibro flair

extraordinary awful and been just too sick to check all my mail.

I would love to visit with you in August but I will be going to the river to

help " supervise " the excavation of water toys from storage there and bring

them back to home. Not a fun trip really as I will not be able to ski but

anyway I will be gone for most of two weeks. My 2nd cousin lives on the

Lake near by so we will be staying with him since the drive out will kill me

if I have to turn around and drive right back in a day or so. So taking

advantage of being " disabled " and staying with them for about 13 days.
