One final question before I order Thorne ACE-Please help if you can...

Hello wonderful people,

I've been on right track with taking the appropriate supplements, but I

just have not added ACE-(since the licorice didn't work with me last

fall) Is it safe to take the Thorne ACE twice a day and then in evening

take 1 or 2 Phosphtidylserine (to reduce cortisol so I can sleep. Do

the two compliment one another?????? I love my complimentary doctor,

but last summer and fall I spent over $3000 in seeing him and getting

all the tests done. Some of his recommendations worked some have not-

and so I still feel like I am my own doctor(I know everyone understands

this). To chat by phone for ffteen minutes he charges $75.00. I just

can't afford to call him to put all of my medical puzzle together ya
