yes i definitely have no amalgam in my mouth; removed over three years

ago. i agree, the mercury, lead, aluminum and arsenic are being

stirred up. just wondering if the sauna is helping to stir it up?

regardless, the sauna feels good and it's nice to know at least

something is getting out of this body..

this metal mouth could be a weight loss diet for people, as you're

right, it affects the taste of food and makes me decidedly unhungry.

but i'm already skinny enough. alas :-/
