Guest guest
I noticed that when I was on the pill, the PMS was much better. Also when I was on the exlusion diet earlier this year, and eating lots of fruit and veggies I didn't have PMS either. The curious thing is that the exclusion diet was written by the same people who have written books on PMS diets - Dr & on . Another friend also did a diet out of their book and thought it improved matters quite a lot. It was better for a few months, and then it was less severe, but seemed to last for longer and longer until it was almost the whole month. The pills did help a lot with period pain. When I was a teenager, I used to miss at least 1/2 a day of school per month because I could barely stand up. > The curious thing is that > the exclusion diet was written by the same people who have written > books on PMS diets - Dr & on . I'm going to have to find their books for when my periods come back. Thanks for pointing those out. Phyllis
