Apprise them of ALL the vitamins you are taking and ask them how much malabsorption you have and if this is too much. Rasley mailto: drasley@... Guest guest Posted March 4, 2004 Report Share Posted March 4, 2004 Hello, I am not sure how far you are out of your surgery, but your OBGYN should do your prenatal blood work, from there they are able to see how everything looks and what you are lacking, etc. I am three years POST OP, and I am 6 Months Prego, and I take a perscription pre-natal called " Duet " they did find out that I was anemic so therefore I take an added Iron (slow-release FE) with my pre-natal.
