Guest guest
I also read that homes with more than 2 pets actually help children develop resistance to alergies. I cant remember where I read this but did remember that is what they said. - Diane > When we had our son 4 years ago we had 3 cats. We now have 5 and 2 huge dogs. I think having the animals around our son has made him a kinder and more compassionate child. Yes its a lot of work to clean the house of all the hairballs....but I do it. The animals all love and our dogs are super protective of him like 2 extra moms and most of our cats sleep in his bed each night (he has a full size bed). We taught him very young to be kind and respectful not to hurt the fur babies and he is such a good kid. > > Pets teach children all kinds of lessons people cannot possibly ever do.
