You should adjust the width of the bar at this time. Measure the distance between the outside of the shoulders, this will be equal to the distance between the CENTER HEEL SCREWS in the shoe; lengthen the bar to match your measurements. " Now I'm quoting from page 21, under Dr. Mosca: " It comes down to the following....note that the HEELS should be no closer together on the bar that the lateral aspect of the shoulders (to ensure compliance and comfort).
