Guest guest
That's a good question, Pat and one that I should try to find out today. I read the message about your current sleep issues (that have been long time issues) and they seem pretty consistent with mine. I guess my TSH was higher than yours when the put me on the Levelthyroid. It was 4.8 and after 3 weeks on the med - it's down to 2.5. I'm feeling better since I've been on this and I'm sure that I needed it. We'll keep a close eye on it though to make sure it doesn't go down too low now. That can be bad too. I know that I'm getting to sleep much easier on the thyroid med. I have a timer on the TV - like to watch the Nanny in bed and fall asleep - but I'm not seeing the Nanny anymore. I'm out like a light and sleeping all night except for the occasional need to get up to use the rest room. Even then, I go right back to sleep. Without the thyroid meds, this does not happen.
