10 month old frustrated by casts

My son just got his first set of casts yesterday and is very

frustrated that the casts make it difficult to crawl and almost

impossible to go from the crawling position back to sitting. I have

to help him every time. I know he will eventually adjust to the casts

and won't be so frustrated, but I'm wondering how long it will take.

Anyone else experience this? About how long did it take for them to

get over the frustration?
