Question, OB is sending me to Perinatalogist

Saw my OB yesterday and as he was measuring me he asked me when was the last

time I saw the perinatalogist (sp?) and I looked at him funny and said, " you

never sent me to one, the only extra thing you have done is a extra ultrasound " .

Because of this exchange my husband and I got the impression that he was

thinking that he should have sent me weeks ago and since I will be 33 weeks on

Wednesday that we are playing catch-up. I am my OB's first WLS patient plus I

have other health problems that I have to take meds for so I'm guessing that is

why he is sending me? He mentioned something about stress testing. I

understand that some of you ladies have seen these specialist and if you could

give me some input I would appreciate it. Hubby and I are a bit concerned since

I am going at such a late time, almost feeling like its too late to do anything

if they find something wrong. I'm trying not to obsess about this but we all

know how hard that is! LOL!
