NADH - need to up dosage?

I know this is a bit of a sore point, giving out opinions on dosages,

but I'm wondering if I should up my NADH dosage.

To recap, I don't respond to CoQ10 or Carnitor (and don't show

deficiencies in blood tests), and I've used NADH for a while, 5 mg

once a day.

Is anyone taking more NADH than that? I'd like to increase to 5 mg

twice per day, and see how that goes. The " normal person " dosage is

5 mg or 10 mg at once, so I think 5 mg twice per day shouldn't be an

issue, maybe I should even up it from that?

Has anyone had side effects from NADH, or am I one of the only few on

it now? I had side effects from CoQ10 and Carnitor, one of the major

reasons I don't take them now...
