Guest guest
hi everyone~ I'm knew to this group but so happy to have been directed here. I had surgery 14 months ago and am doing well. I have 2 children but they were pre-surgery and I had very rough pregnancies. I suffered from Hyperemesis although my OB never called it that. However, i've done my homework and that's what I had. I had 9 months of 24/7 morning sickness with both pregnancies. And I lost over 50 pounds with my first baby and about 40 with my 2nd. I had alot of weight to spare but was still very high risk and drove my OB crazy because he wanted me to gain. I'm curious if anyone else has had to deal with this problem and if so how it went for you? I can't imagine what would happen with me at my ideal weight and having a much smaller stomach and not absorbing food completely. We're going to get a full work up from an OB before we decide anything, but I can't give up on the idea of another baby just yet. Thank-you and I hope I didn't break any of the rules I read over.
