Guest guest Posted January 16, 2004 Report Share Posted January 16, 2004 Hi Dee, I've been having a horrible time sleeping as well and my doc told me that benadryl is perfectly safe during pregnancy. Due to the malabsortptive condition our surgery creates(DS/BPS) he recommended I take 75 milligrams and it works very well for me.
