Actually, Clomid is the opposite of birth control. It is a fertility drug that is widely prescribed in the U.S. as a fertility drug to help a woman get pregnant. If you are looking for forms of birth control, this is the exact opposite. If you are wanting help in getting pregnant, ask your OB to discuss fertility methods with you. A book that I highly recommend for any woman thinking about pregnancy is " Taking Charge Of Your Fertility " by Toni Weschler. It is a fantastic book that I found extremely informative.
