Guest guest
I think it is reasonable to expect this to happen in 10 to 15 years which to me gives great hope to my children and my grandchldren. As long as the auditory nerve is not involved or there is no structural damage, this means that the deaf should be able to hear. there will always be people who are deaf because all deafness is not sensural neural but this brings great hope for the future for a great many people. I did know of the similar studies at U of M and I believe U of Iowa has them also.
