Guest guest
Hi everyone my name is , I am 22y.o. and live in San Diego CA. I have been married since I was 16 (will be 7 yrs) and we have tried to conceive since our wedding night (very young I know now! LOL) I had gastric bypass Dec 17th 2001 weighing 426 and am now 230, I would still like to get to 150, but I am currently 17 weeks pregnant (I can't even begin to believe it!) Anyway my questions are, is it most likely gonna be hard to lose still after the baby? (I have not gained yet I have actually continued to lose--a total of 7 lbs. now) And my next question is, Do wls patients have lower weight babies? Thanks so much, EDD=7/15/
Guest guest
, I'm not even going to attempt to answer your questions because I am currently expecting my first, so can't tell you about weight loss after the fact, but I HAD to write and tell you CONGRATULATIONS on your incredible weight loss and your pregnancy! That's just wonderful. You should be so proud of yourself! I, too, was over 400 lbs and am now around 150ish (have lost about 10 lbs with this pregnancy so far, even though I'm 3 years out from surgery). I am 21 weeks. Good luck to you and welcome!
