Guest guest
Oh it's great to be able to gripe about this!!! We knew our little lamb was a " ram " so I had a grand time getting some of the most adorable outfits for him. This is a very late baby - my oldest (26) is going to give birth to our first grandchild in 2 or 3 weeks- so I was able to indulge myself and buy some really special treats....not knowing that the BAR loomed in my future. Have just gone through his lovely wardrobe and beautiful baby gifts, sorting out all the footed sleepers and playsets (Ralph etc), and reluctantly deciding either to chop the feet - I can't-or hope for a grandson.Gymboree and GAP have some cute one piece snappers and we dress him up with adorable sweaters and cute hats etc, This is the first baby we've ever been given shoes for...I have six pair of desgner baby shoes waiting for the grandchild!! People don't think re: gifts and he has even this week been gifted with another expensive and useless pair of non-snap designer jeans with matching top. Suggestion:I went on e-bay to see if I could get anything much for these clothes and found all kinds of wonderful stuff CHEAP! Take a look and search for " one piece, snaps, boutique girls size 9 months " and search items and descriptions. You'll be sure to find stuff. Consignment shops would have cute quality clothes for wal-mart prices. Maybe we need a clothing exchange! Our little guy's feet are very different sizes and I'm afraid we'll need to buy double shoes for his differing feet! I would never complain to anyone else as I am always positive about this very special child...but I do empathise with the wardrobe grief!!!
