Dennis Brown Bar & Shoes Question

My 2 month old son just got his shoes and bar on thursday and has

been very unhappy since. I " m going to go insane. There seems to be

no way to comfort him. He has also figure out a way to constantly

somehow (I've tried pulling his foot out myself and can't) to pull

his foot out of his left shoe. I've tried tightening the strap,

that just leaves red marks on his foot. Has anyone else had to deal

with this that could offer some advice...Thanks
