You're going to love Heidelberg! I'm stationed here at Ramstein AB in Germany

with my husband who is AF. I run a WLS support group here on Ramstein. I had

my surgery here in Germany.

Enjoy your time in Germany. Get out and see stuff and you'll have a way better

time! Dont' be afraid to get out and drive and go on picnics on the weekends

just to get away from the post. We have driven to so many countries here, it's

amazing how easy they are to get to. Learn the drivers test, just memorize it

and you'll pass. There is a website you can get the test info from.

Bring FANS and carpet! Buy good ceiling fans and the swag kit so that you can

plug it into the 110 v outlet. Or buy really good standing fans. You'll see in

the summer, they sell out of fans at the BEX. AND it does get very very hot

here with NO AC and when you're pregnant, oh boy.... All I can say is that it

is very worth it to bring your own quality standing fans.
