Guest guest
I had little to done of the REM sleep, but with my new CPAP with higher settings my REM sleep has doubled and I actually know I am dreaming on occasion. I'm glad they are going to get a CPAP. It may be uncomfortable in the beginning, but hang in there and try different masks, as it is well worth it in the end. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Fri, 08 Oct 2004 03:08:51 -0700 > To: > Subject: Re: Re: sleep study report ?'s and frustrated > > I think that is REM sleep, but I am not positive.
