Guest guest
Congratulations on Kelsey walking. That is great! Mommy to (12-17-98) and Christian (1-30-04) LCF - DBB 23/7 _____ From: Jenni Cypher Sent: Wednesday, November 17, 2004 9:08 AM To: nosurgery4clubfoot Subject: Kelsey walked My baby Kelsey walked today with the big old cast and everything. She only took a few steps but they were straight to me and I have never been prouder. She gets this 3 week cast off on Monday and I can't wait to see that precious little foot. Now I am really dreading the 23/7 time in the DBB because I know she is not going to like it at all. I try to just keep telling myself that it is only 3 months. Right now, I am just so happy for my little girl. Jenni

Guest guest
Congratulations!!!! That is so awesome! don't dread the shoes, they really do adjust well to them. struggled with his only because he was used to sitting up by rotating each leg out to each side from a laying down on tummy to sitting up. It was kinda freaky, but he did it! He learned a new way to sit up within a couple days, and adjusted just fine to sleeping on his side with one leg stuck in the air! hehe! These kids are so resiliant! Kelsey will do wonderfully with it, and I will pray that she just thrives in her shoes. Its a step closer to the goal, hang in there and get the video camera out. Are you going with s or Markells? Lord bless you, 10-09-03 atypical bl cf mitchells 23/7 > My baby Kelsey walked today with the big old cast and everything. Guest guest
That is just AWESOME Jenni!! Must be soo extra special, her walking in that big plaster cast! Way to go Kelsey!!! ) And you are right, the 3 mo's will go by very quickly! I know that it only takes me 5-10 min to give my girl a bath (depending on how much fun she is having) so you can get some standing/walking (hopefully) time in with her during her hour out! - & Grace > My baby Kelsey walked today with the big old cast and everything.
