Our first visit w/ Dr Ponseti

Hey everyone, well we had our first apt with Dr P yesterday and it

went really well. He said our doc back home(NM)did a great job in

the correction Addisyn has as of now. Now it's going to take his

expertise to correct the rest since she has the Atypical. He seems

to think he will be able to correct it with 2 more castings and then

go into the shoes. We got the impressions done yesterday

of her feet by and will have them by next Wed. Dr P. may do

another tenotomy on her right foot before that happens because it is

much worse than her left. He assured me that she will not need

surgery at all. He is an Angel from above let me tell you!! Her

next apt is on Friday to change the casts, so I will email again

letting you know how much progress she has made.
