Guest guest Posted January 13, 2004 Report Share Posted January 13, 2004 Hello, this is my first post as I am a newbie! I am 3 years post-op (Dec 2000 lap RNY). I am 7 weeks pregnant (just found out last week). I'm excited but scared to death. Its not my first pregnancy as I lost one when I was 4 months post-op. I'm not sure if that's why I am so nervous or if its just because I'm neurotic anyway, but I'm in need of a super support group. My OB's office hasn't had a lot of patients (under 5) who are post-op. I went to NYC to have my surgery so there aren't many post-op patients here to be served by any OB. I can barely work (I'm an elementary teacher). Morning sickness? I'd love it if it were just the morning barf here or there (sorry to be graphic); but for me its an all day event.
