Liana, I live in PA too, so let me know what you find out about the

state compensating for treatment. Although I seriously doubt there's

anything here.

Also, about teething: my neighbor gave me a product called Natural

Nipple Butter when my daughter was just born & I was VERY sore. It's

made by a company call Earth Mama Angel Baby--100% natural stuff.

Pretty expensive, and I don't know if they make a teething gel or

anything, but it's pretty neat stuff. I know they have a website, so

it might be worth a shot. My kids all chowed on their hands like

CRAZY, but my first got teeth at 10 mos. & my 2nd got teeth at 9 1/2

mos. so I'm not expecting my 3rd to go much sooner. I think they

just eat their hands because they " found " them & it's natural. It

doesn't always mean they're teething.
