During my first pregnancy I spent the first 8 months in the bathroom and tried

everything.

The sea band bracelets did nothing for me at all. I've heard they work for

people but never actually met someone they worked for.

Re: Suggestion for Morning Sickness Relief

I'm not sure, but these may be the same thing as the " Sea Band "

wristbands. You can get them at Walgreens or most drugstores for alot

less money ($10 to $15 or less) They are the wristbands that sailors

wear to releive sea-sickness and they are recommended for morning

sickness too. They work by putting pressure on a certain pressure

point that helps nausea. I actually just read about them in a

pregnancy magazine and it says they do help alot of women. May be

worth a try!

I tried these sea bands when I was pregnant 8 yrs ago. They worked ok, but I

wasn't majorly impressed.
