My only guess is that they or one of them is starting to press against your

sciatica (sp) nerve in your back and that it is effecting your legs. My

daughter was on mine and my back and legs were terrible. Hopefully they will

move to

a better position for you or you may just be stuck with that until they come

out. they may have moved on down some and that is why they are next to the

nerve now. just my guess but if it gets worse you could always callt he nurse at

your docs office and ask her what she thinks.

Angie,

Are your feet/legs swollen? In both of my pregnancies if I was laying on side

for too long my hip (that I was laying on) would start tingling. As your OB

about it.

Question about strange discomfort.....

I am 35 weeks pg with twin boys and in the last 2 weeks I have noticed that

my feet & legs are feeling like they are tingling or trying to fall asleep

,for

instance when I am layin in bed, or just sitting down. But the thing is I am

not sitting or laying in a position that would make them feel that way? It is

really a strange feeling.... Anyone have any ideas or input?

Angie,

I think that is a sign that there is pressure on the Vena Cava (if I spelled

that right :) ). I know that usually that is an issue if you are lying on your

back after 20 weeks or so, but things are different for you because your

pregnant with twins. It could be because the boys are getting so big now,

especially since you have been blessed with carrying them for so long, that they

are pressing on the Vena Cava in additional positions than just laying on your

back. Maybe call your OB just to be sure and see if there is a need to worry

and in the mean time do what you can to find a position that you don't feel like

that. Hang in there sweetie, the boys are almost here! :)

more than likely, in my opinion, one of the babies is pushing on your siatic

sorry not right spelling) nerve. It should be ok after the babies are born.
