I just thought I'd share the good news that the Namibian family who

posted here earlier this week, will be in Johannesburg from Tuesday 7th

Dec for their first appointment with a Ponseti qualified doctor. They

will stay for a couple of weeks until the feet are corrected (they're

accelerating the cast changes because they're from out of town) and

should be home by Christmas. Isn't the internet a wonderful thing!

Thanks for giving him my website details while I was away (I think it

was ?)

Hi ,

We are all extremely well thank you. Very busy as we head for our

(Southern hemisphere) summer holidays in a couple of weeks time.

The Ponseti method is progressing well in South Africa. Although many

doctors are still resistant to change, I'm thankful for the ones we do

have, they are extremely dedicated and skilled.

I've had so many people get in touch via my website and subsequently

change treatment. Every time that happens I get the same thrill all

over again.

If I don't post again this year, best wishes to everyone in the group

for a peaceful, happy and 'sure-footed' festive season!
