Guest guest Posted February 3, 2004 Report Share Posted February 3, 2004 Sorry I am bugging y'all with all these questions tonight! I am 27 weeks this week. I've been having contractions and at my appointment yesterday the nurse told me that they were probably just braxton hicks. My dr was not concerned and said the cramping and slight contractions were normal and ok (I've been severely depressed and under lots of stress lately and she put me on Paxil). She didn't check me or anything. I have two older children, with them I didn't have BH until I was like 8 months or something! Do you think it is because I was so much heavier I just didn't feel it? Is it " normal " to be having BH so early?? The nurse just said " oh my, maybe he's gonna come early! " Well, I know that contractions and even being dilated doesn't mean that, but I can hope! hee hee So, anyway, is this normal or has anyone else experienced BH this early? Thanks!
