I bought a Pump in Style by Medela and I can get milk out for a minute or two. Then it basically stops flowing. I have tried expressing manually to see if I was just empty but I can get it flowing a bit manually. Also, if I put -Kate on I can hear her swallowing so I know I am not empty it just stops flowing. I invested in the larger breast shields since I have breasts on the big side and it helped a bit but I till am having huge issues. Any ideas???? PLEASE???
