I am 30 weeks or so and have the contractions OFTEN so are crampy so are

not..... But they did ck me and I am dialated to 1 and 30 % effaced as of last

friday. So maybe you should have them ck you to be sure. I am also carring

twins, that may make a difference. Better to be safe than sorry :) Make sure

your

drinking enough... dehydration will cause them too.
