Guest guest
Oh I hoped I wasn't the " Old " woman trying to get pregnant here. I have had one miscarriage prior to my first husband dying - I was 23. I have been remarried 12 years and no pregnancy but I had gained lots of weight -- type II diabetes etc. Had RNY on 03/11/03 and have now gotten down to a reasonable weight but am still hoping and majorly praying for a child -- would even consider twins -- ha I also only have one ovary but even still got my periods when i was 368 pound regularly ------ which I found out a lot of people don't -- Only thing was at that point our sexual activity wasn't too frequently. And I only know of one immaculate conception. I am off all my diabetes medicine but am wondering if I should have stayed on the glucophage but my blood sugars are now in the normal range with the weight loss. And my A1c levels are below 5. Guest guest
Connie, Oh hey.. blow them off!! " Elderly gravadias " are becoming more and more common, and people will eventually realize that it doesn't matter how old or young you are, what matters is how good of a mom you are/can be! :~) In my birth class, out eleven couples, eight of us moms are 35 or older!! I was totally suprised at that! :~) ALL of us are first-time moms, too! lol! It is getting more and more common!
