Guest guest
Congratulations. I had my first babies at 34 too. just take good care of yourself. Make sure you are eating good foods, even if it is seveeral small ones a day and get plenty of fluids and continue taking your vitamins. you can go get yourself some folic acid at the drug store and start taking those and your doc will prescribe you some prenatals to take along with the ones you are on now. Everything will be fine. Congratulations on your weight loss too. I am still not to goal yet either but will get there yet.
