Question about CIO...

Hi All,

I just wanted to ask a question, I have decided that I would let

Grace try to get to sleep on her own at night. I nurse or rock her

until she is sleepy and then put her in her crib...she always wakes

up and looses it. I have tried letting her CIO up to a half hour and

she just works herself into a tizzy, choking and gasping by the end

of it. My question is: is it true that some babies just don't CIO?
