First Dr appointment today...

I had my first official doctor appointment today and I am so excited

about it all. This is my 2nd child but it will be so different this

time around (due to the weight loss); the same process but totally

different experiences! As of today I am 9 weeks and 2 days… what is

that based on, the conception date? I just want to be sure or is it

just from my last period?? I forgot to ask my doctor!

I told her my concerns about the glucose test and she said that we would

definitely work that one out so I feel better about it. I am going back

in 3 weeks instead of 4 so that she can listen for the heartbeat—I

cannot wait to hear it!!

Thank for letting me blab, I just have been on air all day since my

appointment! :-) I can just tell that these 31 weeks won’t go by soon

enough so I can see my new little angels face! I will have an

ultrasound at 18-20 weeks and I am excited about it. I knew the sex of

my son before he was born (he is now 9) so the waiting to find out about

this one for another 9-10 weeks will test my patience~haha! At least my

fiancée and I both want to know the sex, I am happy about that!
