Jolly Jumper - good or bad for CF

Just wondering if the jolly jumper does more harm than good? I know

it can encourage the baby/child to stand on their tippy toes.

has only been on it 3 times and he loves it. But I am concerned it

might not be good for his CF.

any comments would be welcome.
