My name is Georgia and I don't post much, but do keep up with all the messages on here....this group has been a great resource while pregnant. I am 37 weeks along with first baby ( a boy) and at doctors appointment yesterday I was dilated to 3. Was just wondering if this means that I will most likely have the baby soon or could it still be awhile? Getting anxious!!!! Thanks for any info...... Guest guest Posted January 6, 2004 Report Share Posted January 6, 2004 Georgia, I was dialated to 3 for the last 6 weeks of my first pregnancy 8 yrs ago. I have also been at 2-3 with 50% effacement for the last 3 weeks so far this pregnancy. I will be 36 weeks this Thursday. I know how you feel about getting anxious, I can't wait to see my little guy for the first time. You could stay at 3 until your due date, or go tommorow, there is no way of knowing. I know it doesn't help much, but that is what my doc told me at the last appointment. Niki labor question Hi, all!
