I ran out of my Claritin for about a week because I had mistakenly thought it was one of several drugs I had mail ordered. I was *absolutely* miserable without it. I finally called up my local pharmacy (after doctor hours) and cried to her about it. She gave me 2 pills since it was on my record I had been taking it for years, until she could call my doctor for a new prescription the next day. Dh got home, I took one of the pills and was feeling better after it had a chance to get in my body. *EVERYONE* reacts differently to medicine. For example, Allegra did absolutely nothing for me. Is it fair for my doctor to say then that Allegra is worthless? No, because there are people out there that is does help. If Claritin did nothing, people would complain, their doctors would switch them, and it would soon be off the market. It's been here for years, so it must do at least some of us, good. Guest guest
If I did not have claritin, there would be some months where I could not leave the house, lol. On the other hand, allegra gave me heart palpitations. I should also mention my reactions to cipro have completely stopped. I am still having some pain from the bladder infection, but it's faded a great deal. Thanks all. Guest guest
Yes, 4 Corners Pharmacy in New Zealand. Here's the link: http://www.4cnrs-asthma-allergy.com/ I think I paid 35-40 USD for a 30 day supply. I ordered from them once on a Friday and received my order the following Tuesday. I'm just outside SF, CA and was pretty impressed! > Can anyone point me to an Australian or Canadian pharmacy/website > that has Claritin at a good price. Guest guest
Claritin too! That really helps. I just went and looked and that was the last thing that I bought for my cold and allergies. I had sudafed before that, but the pharmacist said that the Claritin was better so I tried that and it cleared up pretty quick. I even bought the Walgreen brand and it still kicked butt! Hope this helps. Tricia
