thanks for the info, I informed the insurance company of this code. I believe

you posted it before, I just have not heard anything more from them. I had to

get Dr.H's office to send them info. on the need for the shoes. It will probably

be a long process.

Here is the info. from the EOB that the Insurance Comp. sent us with

payment. The service type was Medical equipment, the procedure was

Orthopedic footwear, and the procedure code was L3250. We sent the

Insurance Comp. the MD Orthopaedics reciept and the medical necessity

form that Dr Ponseti signed.

Hopefully this will help everybody get something from their insurance

company as well.
